FROM DR. CAM

Welcome!

I'm so happy you found me.

If you're like most parents I talk to, you want your teen to be happy and healthy, respectful and responsible, motivated and successful, confident and kind.

At the very least you want to be able to talk to your teen without it turning into an emotional breakdown or exhausting battle. But you can't seem to get there.

You're frustrated, overwhelmed, worried, at your wits end. Sometimes you even feel like you're failing your teen (and yourself).

You are not alone! I'm here to help.

I'd love to jump on a quick call with you to hear your story and provide you hope. Just click the button below to pick a time that works for you.

With gratitude, Dr. Cam

FAQS

My teen is the one that needs help, why coach me?
The most effective way to get faster, bigger, longer-lasting positive change is to start with you. Not only are you the most influential presence in your teen's life, but what they need the most is to feel accepted, appreciated, and loved unconditionally by you. Most parents feel like they convey that, but the majority of issues I've addressed with teens stem from feeling rejected, criticized, and unloved by their parents. When we change how we interact and communicate with our teens, so many of the challenges with them will disappear.
Do you take insurance?
No, I don't take insurance.
